After looking in the Brazilian Market, we found a Brazilian Company which fully supports foreign companies, trying to install their infrastructure of Telecom and Application either in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro.
One of them was tested via email and voice call, and their professional explained all steps in the easiest way possible.
